Important Points to Note:
1. In case of class and examination cancellation or suspension, students are advised to take shelter at a safe place until the
weather and transport conditions improve. Students, taking his/her own risk, going outside or near landslide-prone areas or
places that will likely be affected by rising water or waves such as beaches and riverbanks, should be avoided.
2. When classes and examinations are resumed after the lowering of warning signals on the same day, updates on campus
transportation arrangement will be announced by the Estates Management Office.
3. All of the above arrangements are subject to change based on the announcement of the Government or the Meteorological
Bureau of Zhuhai. Students will be notified of the changes as they occur.
4. The arrangements above are applicable to all the courses and examinations arranged by the University.
5. Make-up classes will be arranged by the individual instructors in case of class cancellation.
6. Make-up examinations will be arranged and announced by the Academic Registry in due course.
7. Please pay special attention to weather forecasts as well as the real time weather conditions via the following ways:
