毕业证明书办理流程Application Process for Replacement Graduation Certificate

第一步:

因身份核查需要,需使用校友邮箱发送相关文件(校友邮箱申请 / 使用指引可参考:https://alumni.bnbu.edu.cn/xyfw/xyzsyx.htm)。

Step 1 For identity verification purposes, all relevant documents must be submitted using an alumni email account. (For guidelines on applying for or using an alumni email, please refer to: https://alumni.bnbu.edu.cn/xyfw/xyzsyx.htm)

第二步:

需准备的材料包括:

a毕业证明书申请表
b.身份证复印件 1 份;
c.蓝底免冠近照纸质版 2 张;
d.大一寸蓝底免冠近照电子版 1 张(需符合学信网上传要求:480*640 像素,大小 40k 以内),照片命名格式为 “学号 + 中文名”;
e.缴费凭证(毕业证明书办理费用 10 元,通过支付宝转账至账号 ar_pay@uic.edu.hk,转账备注需注明:学号、姓名、申请文件类型,示例:17300110xx 李明 毕业证明书付费凭证)。
Step 2 Required Documents:
a. Application Form for Replacement Graduation Certificate;
b. One copy of the applicant’s ID card (photocopy);
c. Two recent passport-style color photos (with a blue background, no hat);
d. One electronic version of a recent passport-style color photo (with a blue background, no hat, size: 480*640 pixels, file size ≤ 40k, meeting the upload requirements of the China Higher Education Student Information Network - CHSI). The photo file must be named in the format: "Student ID + Name";
e. Payment Receipt: The handling fee for the Graduation Certificate is RMB 10. Please make the payment via Alipay to the account: ar_pay@uic.edu.hk. In the payment remarks, clearly indicate: Student ID, Full Name, and Application Document Type. eg. 17300110xx Li Ming Replacement Graduation Certificate Payment Receipt.

第三步:

申请者需将毕业证明书申请表、身份证复印件、纸质版照片通过 EMS 邮寄至学校教务处;电子版照片及缴费凭证发送至教务处邮箱:ugrecord@bnbu.edu.cn。

Step 3 Submission Method:
Send the hard copies of the Application Form, ID card photocopy, and paper photos via EMS to the Academic Registry;
Send the electronic photo and payment receipt to email: ugrecord@bnbu.edu.cn.
Mailing Address: Academic Registry, Room 201, Administration Building, No. 2000 Jintong Road, Tangjiawan, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, P.R. China.

第四步:

教务处在收到申请者提交的全部材料后进行审核,若材料不完整或不符合要求,申请者需按要求重新提交。

Step 4 Document Review:
After receiving all the submitted documents, the Academic Registry will conduct a review. If the documents are incomplete or do not meet the requirements, the applicant must resubmit them as requested.

第五步:

审核通过后,教务处启动毕业证明书制作流程,制作周期为 10 个工作日。证书制作完成后,教务处将结果上报至中国高等教育学生信息网备案,备案完成后原毕业证书编号即刻失效。

Step 5 Certificate Production and Filing:
Once the review is approved, the Academic Registry will initiate the Replacement Graduation Certificate production process, which takes 10 working days. After the certificate is produced, the result will be reported to the China Higher Education Student Information Network (CHSI) for filing. Upon completion of filing, the original Graduation Certificate number will become invalid immediately.

第六步:

证书领取方式:

申请者可携带本人身份证前往教务处前台领取毕业证明书(节假日除外);若委托他人代领,需提供委托书。
Step 6 Certificate Collection:
The applicant can collect the Replacement Graduation Certificate in person at the front desk of the Academic Registry with their original ID card (excluding public holidays);
If authorizing others to collect the certificate on behalf of the applicant,an authorization letter must be provided.
