2024/25学年本科生第二轮申请转专业将集中审批,现将相关事宜通知如下,请有申请转专业意向的同学按本通知要求于规定时间内登入UIC Portal https://p.uic.edu.cn/ 提交转专业申请和材料:
注意事项
1. 转专业工作由教务处统一组织实施,按照“公开、公平、公正、择优”的原则进行。学校根据各院系专业的教学资源等具体情况,设定各专业调整的学生名额。
2. 本科生在校学习期间只能转专业一次,同学应慎重考虑,并在提交申请前与家长商议达成一致意见。转专业审核通过和确认后,同学不能再次提出转专业要求。
3. 在转专业审核通过和生效前,同学仍应按照原所在专业、年级和要求修读所有课程、参加教学活动及考核。
4. 转专业安排不适于修读音乐表演专业的同学。

Dear students,
Second round application for programme transfer is processed in this semester. For students who would like to apply for programme transfer, please observe the below-listed arrangement and timeline, login UIC Portal https://p.uic.edu.cn/ to submit your application and supporting materials within the prescribed period.
Notes:
1. The programme transfer exercise is organized and implemented in accordance with the principle of "openness, fairness, justice and merit preferred". The quota for each programme is subject to the teaching resources of the concerned Department.
2. Students is allowed to change his/her study programme once during the four-year study at the College. Students should have throughout consideration of your interest and academic strength, initiate discussion and reach a consensus with your parents before applying for programme transfer. Once the programme transfer result is approved by the College and accepted by student, any request for change will not be entertained.
3. Students should follow the stipulated study sequence, i.e. take all the courses, participate in class activities and complete course assessments required by the original programme, before the effective date of a programme transfer.
4. The programme transfer exercise is not applicable to students majoring in Music Performance.
