Course Description
The purpose of the course is to introduce students to organisational behaviour principles and concepts. Students can identify and define key concepts in the organisational behaviour area; define basic theories and research about the nature and functioning of organisations as well as managers' roles and responsibilities within organisations; develop the students' ability to diagnose organisational situations and apply concepts and theories to help solve organisational problems; acquaint with the nature, forms, and scope of behaviour in business organisations.
Course Intended Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students should be able to
· Analyse key individual behaviours and processes pertaining to organisational dynamics and the management of people;
· Formulate solutions to settle various workplace challenges, such as staff motivation, stress management, workplace conflicts, and workplace communications;
· Work effectively in team environment to accomplish the assigned goals;
· Integrate theories of Organisational Behaviour and devise practical solutions for both personal and workplace issues.

Note: The standard fee for summer accommodation in student hostel for 2025 is subject to final confirmation.
