Notes:
When Typhoon Signal Orange, Typhoon Signal Red, or Rainstorm Signal Red is hoisted, all outdoor teaching activities/examinations should be suspended immediately. The staff responsible should take all students to a safe place and make sure that it is safe for them to leave or return to campus.
In case of class and examination cancellation or suspension, students are advised to take shelter at a safe place until the weather and transport conditions improve. Students, taking his/her own risk, going outside or near landslide-prone areas or places that will likely be affected by rising water or waves such as beaches and riverbanks, should be avoided.
When classes and examinations are resumed after the lowering of warning signals on the same day, updates on campus transportation arrangements will be announced by the College.
All of the above arrangements are subject to change based on the announcement of the Zhuhai Meteorological Bureau. Students will be notified of the changes as they occur.
The arrangements above are applicable to all courses and examinations arranged by the College.
Make-up classes will be arranged by the individual instructors in case of class cancellation.
Make-up final examinations will be arranged and announced by the Academic Registry in due course.
