Diploma Collection Schedule for UIC Graduates
Diplomas will be available for collection according to the following schedule after students are approved for graduation by the HKBU-Senate:

| 1 January – 29 February 2025 | 31 March 2025 | From the end of April 2025 |
| 1 March – 30 June 2025 | 25 July 2025 | From the end of September 2025 |
| 1 July – 30 September 2025 | 31 October 2025 | From the end of November 2025 |
1 October – 31 December 2025 | 31 January 2026 | From the end of February 2026 |
* The electronic version of the diplomas will be available on the same date.
** Further details and arrangements regarding the collection of diploma will be announced via email in due course.
