Withdrawal of Studies
  1. Students intending to leave the College prior to graduation must apply for official withdrawal. A student who leaves the College without completing the proper procedures will be considered as having unofficially withdrawn. No official documents will be issued to such a student, and he/she will not be re-admitted under this status.


  2. For detailed application procedures, please send an email to: ar_record@uic.edu.cn or visit the Academic Registry in person during office hours for consultation. The application form and an application letter with the parent's signature must be submitted to the Academic Registry no later than one week before the final examination.


  3. For official withdrawal, students must complete the required clearance procedures. Students must settle any outstanding fees before an official withdrawal status is given by the Academic Registry.


  4. Withdrawal will be effective only after an official confirmation from the Academic Registry. The confirmation will normally take 3 to 5 working days after the clearance procedures are complete.
